In Rise Mangorr Rise!, mad scientist Dr. Necrosis offers humanity what sounds like a great boon: an opportunity to throw off the shackles of oppression.

There's only one catch.

We have to support him. And accept his leadership. And trust that this is how we will finally be made free.

Or so it would seem…

Written specifically for puppet theatre, Rise Mangorr Rise! is a new play by cartoonist and painter Seán Taggart, whose work is closely associated with the New York Hardcore punk scene of the 1980s.

Come for the monsters. Stay for the mad science.
