Spend an afternoon with artist Timothy Brewer for a live, improvisational jazz session in the gallery.
A performing jazz guitarist as well as a painter, Brewer will play throughout the afternoon in an informal jam session. Audience members are encouraged to bring their own instruments and join in.
The music will unfold alongside Brewer's exhibition, American Carnage and Other Concerns: Twenty Paintings Across Four Series, currently on view at Gallery 198.
Come to listen, play, wander through the exhibition, or stay awhile.
